THE 2ND BETU AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN COMPETITION USING SOLIDWORKS SOFTWARE – 2024
THEME: "BETU AUTOMOBILE - SHAPING STYLE, BUILDING TRENDS"
The Faculty of Automotive Technology and Engineering (FATE) at Binh Duong Economics and Technology University (BETU) officially announces the launch of the 2nd Automotive Design Competition using Solidworks Software - 2024, inspired by the theme: "BETU Automobile - Shaping Style, Building Trends."
Rules and Format of the Competition
- Preliminary Round:
- Each team, consisting of 2 to 5 members, is required to submit:
- Five design images, including top view, front view, side view, 3D isometric view, and a group photo in BETU uniforms.
- A 150-word description of the design concept.
- The most outstanding teams will advance to the final round.
- Final Round:
- Teams will present their design concepts through PowerPoint slides in front of a panel of judges and the audience.
- Each team will have up to 5 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
Evaluation criteria: include design aesthetics, creativity, innovation, practical application, and presentation quality.

- Date: Thursday, January 16, 2025
- Venue: Automotive Practice Center - BETU Conference Hall
- Participants: All students from the Faculty of Automotive Technology and Engineering (FATE).
