ANNOUNCEMENT OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO ENCOURAGE LEARNING SEMESTER II - SCHOOL YEAR 2023-2024

  1. Scholarship Eligibility
  • Students currently enrolled in classes under the Faculty of Automotive Engineering at BETU.
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and conduct during the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year.
  • No violations of the university’s rules and regulations.
  1. Scholarship Criteria
  • Academic Performance: A minimum semester GPA of 8.0 or higher.
  • Conduct Evaluation: A conduct rating of "Good" or above.
  • Additional Achievements: Preference will be given to students with accomplishments in scientific research, extracurricular activities, or professional competitions related to automotive engineering.
  1. Scholarship Levels
  • Scholarships will be awarded in tiers, corresponding to the academic and conduct results of students.
  • The total scholarship fund for the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year will be sourced from the university's budget and contributions from corporate partners.
  1. Application Requirements

Students must prepare the following documents:

  • A scholarship application form (using the university’s template).
  • A transcript of the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year (certified copy from the Academic Affairs Office).
  • Certificates or evidence of other achievements (if applicable).
  1. Application Timeline and Submission Location
  • Submission Period: From December 15, 2024, to December 30, 2024.
  • Location: Faculty of Automotive Engineering Office, BETU.

  • Students must ensure timely submission and completeness of all required documents. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
